The process is really simple:
1. The Shopping Cart
Fill your cart by clicking on one or more icon
or 
for all part + conductor full score in one click. 
A new tab appears in the browser if it is not already opened. It shows the contents of the shopping cart . The Internet address is:https://www.paypal.com. Paypal manages all the purchasing process (item removing, total amount re-computation...)
You can view the content of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on this icon:
2. Checkout
The checkout is hosted on the Paypal website: https://www.paypal.com . The transaction is totally secured.
It is not necessary to have a Paypal account. You can use your credit card. But having an account is very useful!
Paypal sends a receipt to the 4a4 web server. Then 4a4 sends you an automatic email with links to download your scores in pdf format. The process is totally automatic, so you can buy even at 3:00 am!
Be careful, a frequent error comes from the email address you use with your Paypal account. Sometime this email address is different from the one you use every day (ex: personal address vs. professional address). Don't forget to check the right email box. All scores are sent to the email address you've used with Paypal. Don't forget to take a look at your "SPAM" folder. The email is sent few minutes after the checkout. If after one hour, you have not received any email, just tell us.
3. Downloading
When you have received the email, click on the link " 4a4 personal web page" and download your scores. For disk space reason, scores are available only 7 days on our web server. (Just ask for other links if you have not downloaded your file during the 7 days period)
An invoice (to the owner of the Paypal account) is provided with every order. You can use it for example to be refunded by your music school.
When you click on any "Add to cart" button, a new window opens automatically. In most of recent Internet navigators (IE, Firefox...) this new window is opened in a new tab. It could happen that the safety policies of your PC or Interner Explorer stop all the popup windows. In that case, you cannot see your paypal cart.
Check if your browser allows the popup windows from the 4a4quartet.com website.
Check if your Internet Security program (Norton, MacAffee, Kapersky....) does not cause the popup to be stop.
The musical font used by Sibelius has been badly implemented when generating the pdf file. Sometimes computers (Mac for example) do not recognize the musical font.
Contact us to get a correct file.
The version of the Scorch player it is now 6.1
We can suggest you to uninstall ALL previous version of the scorch plug in (you may have 2 or 3 different).
If you are using a Windows PC, go to your "control panel" and uninstall every thing from Sibelius Scorch. Then go back to one of our score and let Internet Explorer install the new plugin with the ActiveX Control enable.
If you are using Firefox, contact us. We will explain you how to install the plugin manually in the right folder (the default is: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\plugins).
