4a4 Saxophone Quartet Score Bug Reporting

Using Windows 7, Sibelius Scortch does not install to view the score. What can I do? I've de-installed the software, but every time I re-install it, it does not enable me to see the score. Active-X is enabled and refreshing the page just restarts the re-installation ... etc! Help, please!

Voicing in crotchet triplets on 3rd & 4th beats for alto, tenor & bari unacceptably discordant.I suggest, using transposed pitches, alto - as printed,tenor - middle line Bb followed by 3rd space C#,and bari 4th line D falling to middle line B natural.
